heated pool wasn't working properly during our stay so we couldn't use it

went on this trip with the intention of bringing the kids swimming, but to our disappointment the pool was closed

we had stayed at another chain a few days before and they only had brown bag breakfast, which was a disappointment

the dryer in the guest laundry was broken and the washing machine was disgusting and had food in it

loved the rooms and the staff. the gym was very equipped.

beds, breakfast surpasses all other hotels, variety was perfect, taste is restaurant quality, other

breakfast was great with several good choices for us to pick!
