we needed to wash some things while we were there, and the hotel was out of laundry soap to purchase

and the lights in the parking lot were not working, so it was extremely dark in the parking lot at night

a snack bar that offers cofee only(no snacks as illustrated on website)

there we got a little snow and ice and there is no covered parking area

we didn't know where the entrance was, and when we found it, it was inconvenient for parking
