there wasn t any laundry soap or fabric softener

the room had a full kitchen and laundry which was great for longer stays

my kids wanted to use the pool, but is was being renovated.

i have 3 kids, one being autistic

parking garage, we were put in a room with very loud guests on one side and rooms with young kids across the

our rooms were not ready we had to wait until 5:30 to get into our rooms with the 2 kids

were placed in a pet-stay room, we didn t have pets, but you could tell by the smell

there was room service dishes at our door the entire stay

t get room service saturday evening had to leave a message and didn t get a call back

room on first floor tend of hall by laundry room sorry i can't remember

these 2 hamptons we stayed at had full, hot breakfasts and tons of upfront parking

the pool water was really cold.

second floor close to the basement and there was a lot of outside noise as well as noise from the laundry and

the staff at check in desk kept stating they were getting quarters for laundry use but never did in 2 days;

conversations, as well as all the staff coming & going because we were near the break room & laundry room

room was right across from the kitchen/laundry room it was noisy until late and again early in the morning

it happens before 11am, then when i advised that i requested late check out, she still came back and interrupted

room and hall ways and laundry room looked as if there was no staff working here our room had a dirty sock in

good location. extremely clean. nice laundry room.

there is a laundry room and they set up a game room for cards and board games

also i decided to work out while doing laundry and some of the equipment was broken and needed to be repaired

put us in a handicap room right next to the laundry room

inconvenient that the front desk does not have any kind of cash or change especially when there's laundry

they also had no laundry detergent available

location but need laundry facilities in both buildings

we got to our room there was a dirty laundry cart right outside our room

wifi and would only allow one person per room to use the password

only thing was the bedding and towels were washed with heavily scented laundry detergent

very clean, smelled great, laundry facility was a plus, breakfast was fantastic and abundant

door to the pool should have an electric lock so our key could be used

it was very nice and the breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice

soft kleenex, tide detergent given to you, scott paper towels provided, a sponge and palmolive, a laundry basket

they also give you two boxes of detergents for your laundry

we loved the pool and the kiddy pool for our toddler.

love all the activities that gear towards the parents and the kids

anytime we needed additional towels, toiletries, or information on laundry services, they were always eager to

t bring anything home and i emptied our suitcases into clear tubs in our garage and sorted our laundry

you can hear people walk above you. could hear kids running back and forth early in the morning.

spaces were really narrow for our suburban and getting 4 kids out

they said they made an exception for us because his size and breed were not allowed under their pet policy as

poorly place parking entrance but otherthan that it's excellent

and you should have had like an air fryer in the kitchen

also, there was strangely no trash can provided for the kitchen
