common rooms, hallway and laundry were kept at a temperature of 82 degrees

wasnt the hotel's fault but our room was directly above the pool and there were a few people that were hanging

i took my service animal, so there was no pet fee, normally pet fee here is $50

the windows on the first floor went into the parking lot, so we kept the shades drawn the whole time

it s time for some room upgrades and eventually a bigger parking lot

the door that led outside towards pool looked dated/old

i loved the late check out

also due to covid19, the pool was closed, but it looked fantastic and we look forward to that another stay

i could hear people talking on the back side of the hotel by my exit door to the pool

the pool was the perfect size for my two kids

the telephone used for room service is so dirty , it looks like 20 years of dirt on it

it was the same ole breakfast. we left and ate at waffle house.

pool, no gym , breakfast was basically just cereal, ants in the bathroom, cost was pretty high for

breakfast

like the parking and the place was very neat and clean

i booked my room it said i had a spa tub in it but it did not booking

the buffet continental breakfast offered a good choice

the parking lot had broken glass

all the doors at 11pm which is a problem for a huge group coming in at late hours --rooms near laundry are very

pool

the pool should be open longer

i liked that you offered free breakfast, even though i didn t take advantage of it.

no golf channel. terrible wi fi connectivity
