very nice that they have a pool, jacuzzi and workout room even though i did not use these

no chemicals for the water, even though i called that morning to confirm pool was open for the kids

the exercise room had very little equipment and was very small. also the pool was very small.

parking was good beds weee comfortable

outside the bathroom because there's no privacy with sheer curtains and a window that faces the parking lot)

parking was easy, we found a spot up close both nights

have a kitchette, but no kitchen supplies are available

i would love to see a hot tub in pool area, but other then that this hotel is very welcoming.

pool wasnt 24 hours like the gym. could have been more of a selection for breakfast.

booking it said the pool was heated, it was really cold and we barely could use it, also looked like it wasnt

the rooms were spacious. you have everything you need in the kitchen.

i didn t try the gym but it was available & spacious as well

pool was warm and immaculate

there is a washing machine and a dryer (2$ each), but you have to bring (or go buy) your own laundry detergent

when we asked in the am for more towels to shower we were told they were in the middle of doing laundry

liked the new facilities and the accessible laundry rooms.

i didnt use them but i did notice laundry

on 4th floor needed vacuumed as did laundry room

was dirty and the hallways had bags of dirty laundry and garbage

were there 3 nights, at least 3 of the 4 days we passed food service trays & laundry left in the hallway --

we didn t care for the dirty dishes and laundry left in the hall all day

indoor spring water pool was lovely

valet parking requires some attention, as waiting for your vehicle after calling took way too long

liked everything about this place pool was smaller than i thought but the people who work there are amazing and

wifi was terrible, constantly having to re-loggin

my daughter and i just took a girls weekend get away'she loves to swim and the pool was awesome

shower, quick load of laundry and a refreshing night of sleep

we didn't use the laundry or gym but both looked clean and nice

when i needed to ask about laundry detergent i had to yell down halls for someone to get there attention
