no dry sauna or plunge pool, only a rather large and under-heated steam room

one room had an excellent layout making it seem larger and more spacious than it was (624)

the hotel's restaurant is superb, and the spa is quite enjoyable

natalie at the pool treated us like family

also their room service dinner was a bit of a miss, very expensive, small portions, and salty

best place for young kids and dogs! food and service were excellent.

we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made

the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up

also, the pool was left dirty every day we sat in the spa things were not picked up the night from the night

no assistance with luggage down steps- lack of parking near to room no shuttle service to town

there were mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, spiders in the shower, and even spiderwebs in the dish

the shower never got hot (the sink did, but shower stayed cool). wifi went down in the morning.
