pool area are too small and not clean

knew there would be a $40+t resort fee, which includes the pool (unheated), beach, gym, and truly lovely grounds

indoor bar was weak wine list weak

were two room service trays left outside of rooms for well over 24 hours in the out building where our room

the pool needs refurbishing

they even offer laundry facilities

went to use laundry room which is quarters and no quarters were

nice to have a change machine so i wouldnt need to get an uber to go out to get it in order to do laundry

only problem is parking this place is so good they need more parking spaces

we have stayed at 6 hotel since 5/1. best breakfast of all stops.

gym and the laundry facilities were excellent and exceeded my expections

the breakfast was great and quick

loved it, the room has a kitchen, bigger then usual fridge, a seating area with sofa/bed it was my first time

the staff brought us a rollaqay bed for our kids and that helped but the room was a bit cramped

laundry facilities one washer wouldn't work only one dryer worked

bad breakfast laundry broken poor or no room service sloppy run.

hotel is not pet friendly, it is mislabeled on booking

although we were able to change rooms to a non pet floor, the staff at first told me no one else had complained

i would like wifi enabled printers.

weren't given a heads up that the weekday breakfast closed an hour earlier than the weekend buffet; fortunately

breakfast has a plethora of options and is always hot and fresh

there was even a dishwasher the only problem we had was a clogged kitchen sink my husband went to front

when i got there i got 2 queen beds with no real remediation pictures didn't look like the room kitchen looked
