pool/workout room was closed due to covid..

several light bulbs not working in room. shower drain completely clogged. wifi difficulties.

very comfortable rooms,parking & staff. breakfast was very tasty and the correct temperature.

first night(friday) it was hard to find parking as a semi took up one whole side of the hotel s parking lot

everything was excellent. comfort and breakfast were great.

a simple request to locate the laundry room was impossible

the pool was good and clean and the hot tub was a bonus

says spa, no spa there

were talking trash in the laundry room about me and my friend being a few mins late for checkout

the employee was helping with laundry and forgot to put the 'please be patient as we are helping a guest' sign

it had indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry room and fitness room. good breakfast

staff is very friendly and was helpful getting me what i needed to do a load of laundry, room was also comfortable

guest laundry

we passed the laundry to get to our room and the laundry door is wide open for guests to see the mess in there

a little problem with guest laundry (the coin slot on the dryer was stuck and required pounding to free it,

2 night stay in room with no fridge or ice was terribly difficult with kids

many parking spots and options if traveling with a moving van or trailer

terrible staff. no wifi as mention in the website. no one in the front desk to speak.

access from the highway, well lit parking lot, pet friendly with a small fee, and staff were great

i called front desk and asked for another room they sent a maintenance man rather quickly he was smoking and

there was no working wifi network and no cleaned towels in the room.
