piles of laundry & trash bags left in the hallway over night

the rooms were very small and bathroom very very small. no laundry facilities and very outdated.

and used the laundry facility

and this stay out room was right next to the elevator,back doors,laundry room,and front lobby

called the next day to tell me they had not found anything, that it was probably a rash for their laundry

friendly staff, clean room, good free breakfast.

staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and it was in close proximity to the college for a tour

the only thing that would have made it even better was if they had bacon or sausage at breakfast

i had a pick up truck and trail, and they had a great special parking area for trucks

it had a nice sitting area separated from the bed, a small kitchen area and a bar with bar stools

found dirty laundry in one of the drawers in a pillow case

soiled laundry, pillows and beds. had to get new pillows due to stains and no pillowcases.

key card was needed to get off on your floor and into all facilities, such as pool, laundry, all outside doors

parking was limited

very small pool, ok for children.

the pool area had too many spiders and one jumped in hot tub with me

everything was awesome staff super helpful and friendly breakfast was amazing

we enjoyed the work out room and the laundry facilities were very helpful

we booked a queen suite for the six of us (4 kids) and were pleasantly surprised

we were told there s no clean towels, i m not housekeeping i m not doing laundry so don t ask for
