5 hours to sort the broken safe out, wifi advertised as all over hotel but non existent in our room and around

fantastic pool area for kids and the water park is about a 10 min walk also great for kids

indoor spa expensive for what it offers

had a pizza in bar as a snack was terrible, did not eat there except for breakfast which was only ok

great to have a little kitchen in the room to make basic meals

pool areas and facilities were really good as was the bar and relaxation areas

wifi is a bit patchy but hardly a cause for complaint, decor to the hotel is defo 1980 s and

lovely views over the large golf course, and breakfast also to a very good

it's lovely to stay somewhere rural but because it is bed and breakfast, you will need to venture out of the

good breakfast and ample free parking

there is wifi but it is not the fastest connection.

not very useful for a covid-19 situation, since all the guests were gathered together next to the bar area while

facilities are not 5-star, there are only 2 restaurants, there is a spa without staff, and breakfast is okay

the breakfast was really good , plenty of choices and something for everybody

negative comment was that the gym didn t open till 10am (not very flexible if you want to work out before the

waitresses at the buffet were super rude and unpolitically the tenis yard, mini golf, ping pong were in poor

we used the laundry service and first it was 15 euro's but then they said it was 30 euro's

wifi is also free and it was great facilities for kids

i did make use of the small gym and found it satisfactory

we booked half board, the breakfast was amazing as well as the dinner

you service that in the peak of the hot season when you don't want a hot tub so much but the pool to cool off

there is a laundry mat very close by and also a patisserie if you want to grab breakfast

the wifi is a bit strange - i eventually connected via telephone and ipad though my windows computer

was flooded and the cleaning lady was going round carrying an extremely smelly trolley for dirty laundry in the

com that it was only one pet per room

the bed was like a slab of slate and the free wifi barely worked and the tv was broken

a machine operated laundry service is about 10 mins walk from this hotel which was quite hady for me

roof top pool more like a kids paddling pool in size but nice lounging area

also room was just above the kitchen with resulting noise of what i presume were extractor fans - but we did
