the laundry area only had one operating washer which caused a back- up with other guests.

my husband and i were able to easily reserve a time to use the gym (with no one else) which was great

but there was no room service at all for the three nights we stayed

strange covid rule about booking the pool one group at a time seemed disconnected from cdc guidance

the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos.

breakfast buffet was surprisingly awesome, way more options than most places.
