parents stayed there five days and the people were very nice even offering to do a load of laundry for them

breakfast was really hot and good , the bed was extremely comfortable, the pool was amazing temp and

it was good for having a pet,staff were friendly, easy location, lots of services close by.

an onsite guest laundry would have been nice .

parking was horrible, with all the snow and the parking lot not being plowed well there were lots

location. we?ve stayed at this hotel since my kids were little.

equipment in gym was good quality

i didn t like was the snow not being removed from the walk way and door or any salt for the icy parking

have nothing to bad to say except i wish breakfast was compted and they had a hot tub in the pool area

didn t swim, the pool was cold, and there s no hot tub, but we were only there for a night

i understand there is limited of parking for everyone

no room service for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening

i didnt play the golf course but the guys i talked to at the bar said it was nice

the floor in the room wasn't clean i had to clean up condom wrappers and i had my kids with me.

they do have laundry supplies you can purchase in laundry room but could use a couple of chairs.

staff was very kind, even a worker coming in greeting me as she was walking in the hotel from the parking lot

top many kids in the pool late at night , should have the last hour for 21 and older
