front parking lot was small and somewhat unkempt

elevator, gym closed, limited cleaning

i left before breakfast

very clean & tidy with comfortable beds and nice breakfast bar

we had a small pet with us and were charged an additional $20 for absolutely nothing

we had to go to the laundry room and demand them

great exercise equipment and laundry

also apparently had a pool and hot tub which we did not use

the initial room was above the pool and had a smell of chlorine

did not like the fact that when i came in, after some medical appointments, at 11 am, the coffee bar was closed

the laundry area only had one operating washer which caused a back- up with other guests.

that they charge a $100 non-refundable pet fee

facilities include a nice gym

the quality of the room furnishings was high, it included a complete kitchen with dishwasher

the wifi signal was very poor and the microwave and tv couldn't be used at the same time.
