desk didn t have quarters for guest laundry

room could use bigger laundry bags, but maybe that's just because i have a big family during our stay

laundry dryer was expensive and the clothes came out tamp

small and uncomfortable, hot tub was broken (major bummer after hard day of skiing), laundry room also broken

only disappointment was the lack of laundry facilities

and hot tubs closed, vending machine broken, no laundry option on site or within walking distance, no soundproofing

no onsite laundry

on site laundry would be nice and a microwave in the fireplace room would be nice

no laundry on property

someone else s dirty laundry was left in our bathroom

a bit of a downer was also the fact that there was no laundry facility

the water dispenser was broken in the gym, so we got our water bottles filled every day at the bar instead

no pool or hot tub

sofa bed was awful, we ended up sleeping on the floor, with kids this meant no one got decent sleep

with the exception of rosanda in the kitchen there was on around to help or answer questions

long set of steps from parking

need a traffic mirror at exit of parking-hard to see

great place to stay. very quaint and comfortable. wonderful breakfast and staff.

room was spacious, kitchen was small but adequate
