facilities are very dated, gym is rubbish, safety deposit box needed to be fixed, one physical key for two

we have 2 kids (8 months and 2 years old) so we liked how everything was not too far away

hotel also prepare a area of food for kids to satisfy the need of children

the beach was average and the shelf (some undertow, waves slamming) can be an issue for kids

they didn't seem to sweep the room properly and their laundry for 30 pieces of light clothing cost me 127

also during breakfast we had to chase the waiters to actually get basic things like cups and cutlery

a few more bartenders at the pool bar would be excellent
