i had to watch the management and staff struggle carrying 2 huge laundry baskets up the stairs

need a laundry basket for dirty towels

nice indoor pool

kids running up and down the hall all night

overcharged, rude staff, was harassed when we tried to get ice, was harassed in the parking lot, no towels for

laundry bags in the closets for the guests is a brilliant touch

loved the beds, handicap shower, distance from the parking area and hot hot breakfast!

the pool doesn't open early enough.

i bring my wife and kids when there is bad weather because i don t want them to be to far away from me so i

only thing they might need to work on is the condition of their parking lot

breakfast was not good but there was yogurt and cereal so the kids got to eat but i would recommend

pool was closed, but that would be the only negative.

the other guests were noisy the kids slamming doors. but you can't help that.

would like to see rooms with a full kitchenette.

breakfast is delicious and the staff is awesome
