very good guest laundry facilities, lots of parking and a good standard of decor in

hotel has a laundry room where you can use a washingmachine - very nice service

i also wasn't impressed having to pass the laundry and staff prep areas on the way to/from my room on the ground

great location, great size suite. laundry in basement good with kids.

also to no forget they don t have laundry service we must wash our own clothes for 3 dollars in wasmachines

i liked that even though we stayed pet friendly room, there was no smell of previous pets having stayed there

wasn't a laundry facility on site anywhere on blue mountain property which was a big problem as my daughter

dryers not working so they sent us to another hotel to use their laundry facility

was a little disappointing/not a lot of equipment or space, i had to keep re-signing in to the wifi which was

location and view was awesome and the kitchen was awesome

wifi was awful, could not finish a project from work and school, you are paying a huge amount of

bathroom was dated. wifi wasn t working too good.

unclean and not safe for the kids. no tv!

our unit was situated next to the electrical room, which created a lot of noise and disturbed our kids' sleep

i dropped my dark napkin at breakfast & when it was retrieved, it was covered with dust or dirt
