hotel advertised a swimming pool and did not have one

we did some laundry and the dryer needed to have the money emptied and therefore the dryer was not usable and

and pool closed at 9 when my daughter and i got there

the pool was dirty and not clean enough to swim in

they approved a later than normal late check out so my son who is a double amputee (legs) wouldn't have to be

track down housekeeping to ask for more towels, but were told we would have to check back after laundry was done

was a good location for what we were needing and there was ample parking

carpets had stains and holes
