laundry facilities could use some tlc

i couldn't get the wifi to work on my phone either ooo and there was no laundry bag and the top lock was missing

pool is outdoor and due to the weather we couldn t use it

i was not a fan of the breakfast they served.

breakfast it was not good.

the beds where hard. the pool was down kids couldn't swim no breakfast and forgot to clean room

well kept, clean, very nice and helpful staff, recently remodeled, very long parking lot and pool area

the room was much larger than i expected and the pool was wonderful

have to tell them you need room service before 9am

amazing bar and pool and room service was delicious!

pool was amazing the entire hotel smelled clean during our stay my wife loved it there was

ordered kids meal & i offered to go down & pick up the meal, one hour later. so disappointed!

also noticed ice machine was out of order and dispenser for laundry soap

and egg and coffee and last thing they didn't even have an ice machine, and couldn't use the laundry room either

pool was open but cold and the hot tub was green and the bubbles didn't work but had good temp

i love the pool and jacuzzi very relaxing the breakfast was good thanks

parking was crowded and difficult if you are driving a truck

what are a plus at any stay is parking and friendly employees as i start off friendly and respectful
