great front desk staff, clean room, loved early availability of breakfast. thanks!

vacuum cleaner need to be used in the rooms and there was no wifi

seemed there was a lot of car noise in the parking lot.

breakfast area was annoyingly loud and noisy

manager being rude before trip, pool was freezing cold, beds and pillows were horrible.

had a view of a tarred roof and lowe s parking lot

landscape, to parking, to the front desk, haul ways, the rooms, everything was as i would have expected it to

the wifi would not connect with my phone or amazon kindle.

for how incredible this hotel is the breakfast choices weren t the greatest

it is modern, clean and breakfast has so many options

the bar the drinks was awful i couldn't drink mine and the food at the bar had no taste

loved the breakfast, good selection and lots to choose from

remodeling was ongoing so no laundry room.

the breakfast was excellent, very complete, with a great variety of options

friendly and helpful staff, loved the pool for family fun, comfortable and spacious room

we all (especially my three children) loved the pool/fitness area

key card did not work in fitness center. tv did not work in fitness center

the iron in our room was not working. will enjoy it when you add a laundry facility.

free hot breakfast was wonderful

not at all happy about the over priced pet charge for our 15# shih zu
