clean, convenient location, nice helpful staff, great outdoor (and indoor) heated pool and hot

kids loved the heated outdoor pool in the winter and the hot chocolate and cookies in the afternoon

the one and only disappointment was the wifi. unfortunately we lost it due to the rain.

had a room across the hall from the laundry room and people were doing laundry very late and we could hear it

the entire staff - from the dining area, to the pool, housekeeping and the front desk, were all very kind and

very clean and the pool attendants were great! kids had a blast!

matress in our room was super lumpy, like sleeping on a sack of laundry

no microwave in the room ! you had to go to the laundry room to use one ! not impressed !

we also made good use of the self serve laundry which was easy to use

the kids absolutely loved the pool, water park and especially roasting marshmallows in the evening

all staff were super friendly. food in restaurants was great and the water park was fun.

close to where we want to spend the day, i like the hot tub and warm swimming pool water.
