start with the fact that it shares a parking lot with a stripper club

loud music in parking lot, all night long

the pool and hot tub were great, especially for our 2 kids

the beds were very comfortable, pool/hot tub clean, quiet and very friendly staff

the pool was a little small- yet appropriate for the property

pretty ridiculous on top of the room rate especially since you obviously don't clean anyways lol, kids make far

we wanted to use the indoor pool one afternoon and found some young children in the pool with some adults who

there was pile of dirty towels/laundry as soon as you got off the elevator on the second floor in the hallway

however the fitness room was very dirty

most importantly, internet showed this to be pet friendly hotel

i pull up there all smoking right at laundry door

washer & dryer didn't even work for on site laundry

every three days but we were there for five and never seen a maid except standing outside the laundry smoking

no microwave, no laundry room and bathroom to small

size of the bed was not what we requested( which was suppose to be a king size bed) there was no laundry room

room was clean and conformable, staff was very friendly and helpful, it is nice to have a small bar on site

an indoor pool and hot tub would have been nice.

despite the amount of people the staff did an amazing job keeping the breakfast bar stocked and the food was

laundry room soap dispenser did not work and no soap available at front desk in same amount.

kitchen supplies were limited. the furniture was worn.

the suite has a very functional kitchen.

wish the room had an actual trash can and not just little tiny waste bins considering it had the kitchenette

the kids were up all night long and were constantly using the stairs and the door would slam every few

because of covid we didn't get to experience the fitness center, pool, or breakfast buffet

noise coming from laundry room below our room from a broken dryer , bad shower, pool closed for cleaning

the shuttle was amazing!

the downstairs bar and eating areas were very nice as well

you have to walk through the gym to get to the pool. gym floor was wet because of this.
