loved the waterside and pool although the water was chilly, we loved the hot tub and the laundry room, comfortable

had some updates done, the favorite part was the pool area and slide.

shuttle doesn't start early enough, flights are already gone

free wifi was available

nice location, comfortable, quiet at night when i know there was a lot of kids there.

the pool was small, so the kids weren't really happy.

the view i asked for lake view but was hoping for a higher level but was close to car in parking lot

the hot tub and pool were disgusting, dirty , milky in appearance. a big disappointment

love the short, but great room service menu.

the staff at the hotel bar was friendly and accommodating

supposedly pet friendly but the pet fee was 75$

there is plenty of room for one and the pool

only one minor thing- there was no hot tub jacuzzi in the pool area.

because of covid there were no hot breakfast items. just the cold items. kinda bummed about that

its always nice not have to leave the building for breakfast and and our room was great

parking entrance not well laid out. have to go through restaurant entrance to get there.

the continental break was surprisingly good. they had jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches.
