soap was out for doing laundry

i used the laundry facilities which were clean and in good working order

we were in the first floor across from the breakfast room and next to laundry and who knows what else

nice rooms, clean and comfy staff was very nice parking area was secure

staff had had to contend with college kids moving in due to ruptured water pipes in the dorms nearby , not

made it impossible to use the amenities (laundry, pool, breakfast, etc

line description suggested there was a guest laundry which, at the half way point of an extended trip, we had

then, when we ordered room service it took over 45 minutes to get it to us
