very helpful that there were laundry facilities
laundry for use by guests was great
remodeled very clean nice indoor pool and jacuzzi very polite staff and a free hot breakfast
spa had so much chlorine that it burned our eyes and the pool and spa were dirty

and receptionist admitted to not doing laundry
it has a nice clean indoor heated pool too!!!
unable/did not quell two hours of kids running around in room above
pool was not heated so kids all in the hot tub

staff was a little too serious, washer and dryer was always busy and laundry mat, very dirty, oh
liked the location, easy to find, good parking
the continental breakfast was great
its open lol at night in parking people were playing loud music
private entrance, good breakfast and very quiet.
