laundry room was dirty and dryer didn't dry very well

the box so my husband and i had to raise it up and put it back right and when we went to put the laundry detergent

the handicap lift for the pool didn't work. i don't think the battery was charged.

was christmas day, and breakfast was just a grab and go

room was humid and stale the first day, our wifi password didn t work

no laundry for guests unless you're willing to pay $20 per load

was because we had to drive a long way to get our grandson and the prices were high due to some kids baseball

swimming pool closed

we listed the number of people staying in our room (3 adults, 2 kids- 2 & 7), requested a rollaway bed

also booked there for gym so we would still be able to work out it wasn't available

hot laundry room. way to prop open laundry door.

parking spaces were small and the parking lot was crowded

kids parting next door all hours of the night no one was over 18

breakfast was really good

in our room, we had no wifi or cell service

they have a laundry facility on site for guests, but do not have change for the machines

laundry didnt work someone trash was in it when we got there floor wasnt vacuumed tv wouldn't turn

staff was terrible, the room and hotel were dirty, the laundry facility was not maintained and failed, staff

the laundry room was down, the pool was not cleaned (mind you it's july), and they never had enough

laundry facility only had 1 washer and dryer.

the rooms were clean. the pool was nice. check in and check out was easy.

i love the pool site with the fire pit..

loved the coffee bar and lounge areas

night - great bar but not open

we made entry to the room i notice the toiletries were already used, a used bar of soap was left in the shower

with access to many other facilities such as an indoor pool and gym

the pool was pooped in by kids

clean good breakfast. needs darker drapes. facing parking lot lots of lights at night

i wish i could remember the blond lady who did the breakfast when i was there, oooo so sweet and friendly

on the first night of our stay, she fell after getting out of the car on a slanted parking spot

breakfast didn t start till 6

the pool wasn't cleaned enough but open to the public. food was at the bottom of the pool

it was raining so i couldn't use the pool, but that's not y'all's fault.

breakfast was great and customer service was awesome

think the pool is rather small for the size of the hotel

unfortunately stayed after a storm had hit and had no elevators, no ice, and no wifi

booking nothing was said ahead of time that there would be no breakfast, no swimming, and no gym

in their hashbrowns, kids especially

of anything that i did not like, i am a smoker so i really liked the back area separated from the pool area

kids were screaming at the top of their lungs at 10pm by the pool.

i love that they are pet friendly, we love that we can stay in nice places and still bring our dog

one extra thing i noticed is a laundry room for guests to use if you're there for longer

didn't informed us of gym space and i came down to asked and said i had to reserved the space (which i understand

my kids didn't even have fun

inside pool was exquisite the breakfast early in the morning do you licious the parking was great the

front desk clerk did find a few pool towels/face towels for us to use

very nice room and great breakfast. staff were great too.

i like the beds were comfortable and excellent wifi connection. breakfast was good as well.

moves super slow and parking is terrible if their is an event going on while your in

parking dpots were a little tight.. but we made it work.

the room was clean and big breakfast was decent and the laundry facility was cheap, wish they had a card reader

washer and dryer on the floor made laundry easy so i can take home all clean clothes

the smell was coming from the laundry room

workers going through the hall way yelling laundry

where to eat in walking distance,no guest laundry,strong smell of weed in communal areas,grubby around the edges

the gym was under construction and unavailable

nice parking location in rear for my truck and 20 foot cargo trailer.
