our room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was very good.

pool on the site stated open but it was mot the laundry room was filthy , our bathroom had long haor all over

i did not need them, the laundry facility room was closed (out-of-order) and the pool spa was out-of-order

and i stayed 2 nights and never got any clean towels kept asking for them and they was in the laundry for 2 days

there was vomit laundry left out in the hallway for well over 12 hours
