liked the proximity to hwy 101, the clean room, the pool and the laundry facilities

the staff is nice, the breakfast is good, and there is a place to do your laundry

not pet friendly

change machine for the vending machines and laundry would be nice

laundry room was reasonably priced

including the breakfast along with the package deal was a plus

pool was great, pet friendly, staff lovely

the eating area was nice,and the hotel offered a good variety of breakfast foods,the quality of food could stand

i didn't get a breakfast they didn't have any

banging/clanging noise, probably the security gate on the laundry and vending machine area

the laundry option was perfect

also there is a laundry on site which cost us$2 to wash clothes and us$2 to dry clothes

laundry facilities not usable

the patio near the pool was falling off into the lake

a minor mixup with rooms we ended up with a 2 room suite 2 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen huge bathroom

really didnt stay their long enough too not like anything, the room was big really roomy the kids loved it next

our kids had their swimsuits and said where's the pool
