trash and laundry cart was left in the halls

original counter clerk was in laundry room reading every time we went to the front desk

partials falling and on steps of stairs, room had an odor of musty mildew and cleaning carts or laundry carts

we were close to hotel laundry room

she said that laundry would be done in the afternoon

the pool and spa looked great but unfortunately the weather didn t cooperate

when we checked in we paid for our room and our kids rooms

they messed up our late check out ( keys stopped working and housekeeping came to clean the room before we were

the breakfast was great as well

my family loved the pool an hot tub

reminded me of dingy laundry but wasn't a big concern

no breakfast included option, gym also is a pay only

we had a non smoking room but there was cigarette burn holes in the linen and on the carpet

-bathroom was clean we loved you were pet friendly with reasonable fees

breakfast was pretty good, though i like to have some kind of bran cereal as a cereal option

the bed was soft, the comforter was nice, the sheets were clean, the tv was well placed, the breakfast had

great breakfast and friendly staff
