we were there to get sleep( with 4 kids and working all the time we don t get much sleep so we wanted to

construction on the glass surrounding the pool using a jackhammer all day long.

when we rented more than 10 room, some just one night other two three nights, lady from parking lot very rude

they also have room service , good breakfast, a parking and that s a plus for me, atm in the lobby and a

parking, atm available in the lobby, friendly and respectful staff , room service and restaurant available at

the hotel has everything. pool . bar music.

we loved the pool and the very large hot tub - we were there every single day

parking seems to default to valet, but self parking is available

it would help if all the laundry carts were quiet wheels

the room service was not as diligent as expected and some days we had to wait too long to have our room

jacuzzi was dirty and didn't have a jacuzzi feature as bubbling water jets on and kids pee alot i

i was on the ground floor and very close to the laundry room so it was very loud from about 8am.

a lot of equipment at the gym was not very clean

i didn't like that there was no ice-maker machine on our floor, had to call room service for it

- it was busy, the pool was full of kids so i never got a chance to try it out - but it's summer holidays in

we attempted to take advantage of the breakfast but when we went they were still getting the kitchen ready and

service was amazing - 5 stars, they allowed early check in and were so accommodating from allowing us to use

cherry on top would have been to have a pool within the property
