our room was next to laundry room, heard the dryer all night long

i would prefer if the laundry was done by the staff as high-end hotels

only what i already said about swimming pool and hot tub.

there is a gym area and indoor pool

very good breakfast

not go on balcony building had old musty smell laundry area had 1 washer and dryer and no where to sit

wifi connection was not stable & weak signal the laundry was small & only one machine & one dryer the swimming

laundry washer was dirty with pieces of things in it

laundry room was a bonus

it was also nice to have laundry facilities on site

they have laundry and computer printing available if that's needed

it was helpful to have a guest laundry room

hot tub, better stocked equipment in the gym.

no tea in the room. no room service for three days

pool and gym were nice as well

we used the laundry, as we were on a 2 week vacation, all in motels, it was nice to utilize a clean facility

the wifi worked on my laptop but not my tablet or phone

the breakfast exceeded my expectations

i was able to use the gym which was also clean

there was no real room service, maybe due to covid
