easy to find, great parking, large rooms, lovely bathroom, comfy bar and comfy beds

appeared to disappear on bar, no snacks available

the people in the dining room at breakfast and for the evening meal were excellent and a big shout out to tom

everything, super friendly staff, breakfast and dinner excellent

could have proper decaf coffee from the bar in the evening, but only instant decaf at breakfast

very basic rooms felt a bit overpriced, more motel style than spa hotel

not a wide menu for evening meal. wifi fid not work

there for one night for an early ferry departure so we did not have any meals there or use the spa facilities

no wifi which was essential as i was working and had to find alternative.

enjoyed some of their wine by the pool and purchased some to take home

outdoor tables for eating children s games computers no noises from outside locations, fab bar area and

easy to get into the city centre by tram - swimming pool was great for the kids and not cold - downstairs bar

staff who are so friendly , super restaurant and overall an excellent experience heated pool was super too

the breakfast had a lot of nice options and other facilities including the swimming pool were top notch

right next to a grocery store (closes at 8 pm) and laundry mat that is 24/7

room is equipped with small kitchen and there is possible to use laundry machine available for hotel

we had 2 adjoining rooms, one of which had a kitchen

the staff are fantastic even saving us a parking space near to our room

wifi did not work within the rooms or for some of the team within the reception area

room is smallish (still hate the decor) but has everything needed, including a kettle, and the wifi is good

there is a nice bar and coffee/tea in the room

our family of 2 adults/ 4 kids could have all stayed in interconnected rooms

which is actually 2 double room connected through an openable door, was fine to fit our two kids
