and i are in good shape b/c climbing three flights of stairs to and from our room [y-143] to the pool/beach

beach and pool were both beautiful

the pool bar , caribbean fish market and sangrias bistro were all 2 min walk max and staffed by people who

restaurant bar server on sunday was rude and impertinent

the pool was beautiful at night

kid pool not open, so kids running rampant all over the place

no room service, no pool service , hard to get around with all construction going on

kids was a huge disappointment - you're only allowed to keep children there in 30 minute increments

do wish the room was bigger also the pool continuously had sand because of the beach

i tried to order food from room service i was unable to do so

the location of the pool on the waterfront was excellent.

kids in one room and adults in another was fabulous

it s just next to the one restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner also close to the pool

amenities, villa size and very comfortable beds, beach and pool as well as the restaurant, amazing view from

only a beach bar open due to the hurrican last year

this makes me think that the kitchen is prepping things without caution and could really do damage to someone

the views form the pool were terrific

the spa was not open, we lost cable service for 2 days, they had workers using drills out by the pool & the

infinity pool bar was outstanding

the only other issue we had was with the staff from the spa

wished that the spa had been open would have loved to go

also would have been great if there would have been another restaurant besides snorkels bar & grill

they drove around on golf harts

we loved the kitchen and its appliances, including the dishwasher

the laundry staff was super rude as was the staff at their restaurant

there is a bar on site

pool is great

the front desk staff member was very rude when asked about laundry and also again when my husband had to go

there was no laundry facility

very limited breakfast, and very slow service. beach was not clean. wifi was a disaster.

the property says pet friendly so you can stay with ur pet when i got here i was told to leave the resturant
