would add a bench in the disabled changing room in gym/swimming area to help with changing

wifi intermittent on 7th floor. pool changing rooms a little cramped at busy times.

room the door was like listening through cardboard, laundry room across from our bedroom door and could hear

definitely recommend for family with kids

didn t like the atrium bar restaurant, i would of much preferred a formal dining room , the food was good and

only criticism i would have is the lack of bar stools in the bar

outside seating area was great , plenty of space between tables and very relaxing , good staff also

nothing to dislike would have liked dumbbells in the gym but that s nit picking

breakfast (room service) was poor - toast not done enough, no butter and coffee undrinkable

comfy, quiet, nice rooms and good small gym. great dinner and bar, brilliant food!

couldn't find the menu for room service and no information about what time breakfast was

there was a a few very large laundry bin parked in the hallway to our room which was very unsightly

the corridor outside our room was treated like the storage area for cleaning and laundry because the trolleys

minor thing, it would be great if they spa and pool had a small spin drier for swimsuits.

was taking up by swimming teachings all day and the small part we did have was full of kids jumping into the

pool and spa facilities were

only downside was , we seemed to be quite close to laundry, and the washing machines were used during the night

breakfast was also really good for a buffet style breakfast with loads of choice and the kids loved the pancake

the carpark has a number of ev chargers which i was able to use to charge overnight making it even easier -

staff very lazy they missed our room service

was very uncomfortable our room must have been below the laundry room because at 7am all we could hear was a

room was directly below what must have been the laundry room so in the mornings it was really noisy with staff

until we left we had a great experience from the girl on th desk to the restaurant staff and bar staff all where

myself and my friend got a very early check in at 11:30 without even having to ask

will def be bac and maybe with the kids next time

disabled parking, by the time we got there the few spaces near the door were full, which meant an uphill

relaxing hotel, enjoyed the pool and bar food

say about this hotel at all, only slight negative is our leisurely morning swim was over run with kids swimming

gym was small for the size of the holel and lacking up to date equipment

parking spaces had no lines to mark were you went so it was hard to find a space

the leisure facilities were really beautiful and the golf courses are terrific & so well

as we checked in after 4pm the kids did not get a chance to go to the pool that evening as it was only open to

liked how they had specified times for kids using the pool

food was superb and our kids really enjoyed it

breakfast was beautiful loved the fruit cocktail staff were so helpful and so pleasant
