laundry wasnt working

i really a nice place to stay. good breakfast, nice pool and roomwill stay again

front staff gave him towels and a plunger, he was told to clean it up and take the towels to the laundry ud8

laundry facilities were very outdated-one washer and one dryer weren t working- they did at least

area unacceptable , loud talking at 6 am in morning, no choice in room, placed next to laundry

other than that the room was very clean and i was able to do laundry which i appreciated

noticed it was a lot of people that lived there, and they had a lot of pets inside the hotel

reservation system had my last name spelled wrong, so i was unable to connect to the hotel wifi

the laundry room consisted of one washer and one dryer

also didn't realize no laundry on site

were dirty towels both days left by housekeeping that we had to take to the office for clean laundry

washing machine was broken so i couldn't do laundry

the property was near everything and they even got to open the pool when we got there

i enjoyed having the guest laundry available since we were staying for a week

i accidentally threw out my laundry and a member of the cleaning staff helped me find it on december 30th -

good location. clean. decent gym. free breakfast. good size room.
