large laundry basket full of old mattresses blocking the stairs our entire stay

rooms before getting one that was not dirty or smelled like smoke and then we were placed near laundry room

there was a convenience store on site to purchase water, drinks, fruit, snacks for when the snack bar is closed

on the first day, i had to go to the laundry room myself to get clean sheets because housekeeping never serviced

did not have plastic laundry bag or extra blanket bed was most comfortable there was no bible in room

the egg omelets at breakfast were cold.

because of covid, room service is not available every day but whatever we needed was brought to our room almost

the pool was very nice and the staff were very accommodating

i also did laundry and had to dry my clothes twice and it was still wet
