hotel was amazing for families. my kids are 7 & 11 and had a ballud83dude0a

would add a bench in the disabled changing room in gym/swimming area to help with changing

wifi intermittent on 7th floor. pool changing rooms a little cramped at busy times.

cocktails in the bar were fantastic

they have an express laundry service - totally worth it for someone who doesn't want to spend hours in a

amazing dinner, best steak i've had in a long, long time. great golf course. good gym.

the gym has everything that you could need and the spa is fantastic

arrived , we ordered dessert to the room and it took nearly and hour and a half to arrive , the wifi on the tv

very little choices for kids breakfast

beds, small towels, poor lighting in the bedroom, laundry trolleys obstructing entrance to the lift

too much laundry hanging around every corridor and beside lifts i paid good money for our rooms.

laundry trollies left next to lift for long time no resteraunt after 6 p m carpet torn

only fault was all the bags of laundry left outside each room and then the carriers left beside the lifts where

bathroom a little cold. nothing major. kitchen a little tight if there were to be 6.

my only issues were no option of any evening room service on the sunday

tvs in the rooms are old, there is no mini bar and i didn't like the vending machines on each floor, it cheapened

no room service or any food after 8.30 pm

evening meals were very good but again found it expensive, 91 for 2adults and1 kids meal

great parking at the rear

room the door was like listening through cardboard, laundry room across from our bedroom door and could hear

comfortable. excellent breakfast. friendly staff. lots of parking.

was fantastic, the food, the service all of it and my 2 kids absolutely loved the pool and playground,it was

the corridor outside our room was treated like the storage area for cleaning and laundry because the trolleys

there was a a few very large laundry bin parked in the hallway to our room which was very unsightly

from the inviting bar and delightful restaurants to the beautiful rooms and breathtaking views, it all created

was taking up by swimming teachings all day and the small part we did have was full of kids jumping into the

room was amazing, breakfast was perfect and spa was lovely.

on friday 26th april close to the equestrian centre distance wise and plenty parking available

comfortable,modern room with a good shower modern small very clean and tidy gym decent bar food friendly

breakfast order was wrong twice with the room service

beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and good parking

only downside was , we seemed to be quite close to laundry, and the washing machines were used during the night

no wifi log on instructions had to ring reception and was told a member of staff would come up to my

close proximity to the town, comfortable room & an excellent breakfast and dinner.

a lovely place to stay great rooms and excellent service. if you're a golfer even better!

friendly staff & we had a lovely tea & breakfast after a great night sleep

there is nothing to complain about apart from poor quality of wifi strength.
