not very close to the city center. no mini bar fridge. wifi didn't work very close.

issues: first, wifi was a bit weak in our room

the (secure) wifi was excellent and all tv channels could be watched in original language which often 5* hotels

the laundry service was delivering very late.

my laundry went missing. some staff at reception had no knowledge of the english language

bar on the premises although there is the adjacent bar/ restaurante martina which was handy

have been more helpful, we had to stay for 2 extra nights the staff were most helpful including room service

the fusion menu was not really to our taste and, understandably, the bar was shut on sundays

breakfast was okay, but not a huge selection, and geared to spanish tastes, e

nice rooms, goid breakfast. close to restaurants, industrial facilities. nice spa.

spa was great and worth the extra money

spa was absolutely very nice to relax after the full day work

i knew it was out of town, but booked for the spa as a birthday treat.

wifi was slow in our room on the second floor

was non existent on the first floor and in the bar area

in the height of summer a fridge or mini bar is always good.

adjacent bar and resturant a touch pricey but good

bar the noise and the bathroom, it was a good experience

i was with small kids and a stroller, so this was the only priority

i checked to make sure it was pet friendly, even phoning to confirm

only one thing in 230 wifi didn t work well. in 210 and other area it worked perfect

we ate outside in the bar area

was clean and comfortable - hotel had lots of character plenty of free parking

parking, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast & dinner available
