kids like the small swimming pool

i wish the pool was bigger but it was great too

found someone in laundry room who got me a maintenance person

when fire alarm went off and we had to wait outside for clearance for fire truck for water in the laundry room

and cool, team were welcoming and helpful, overall the room was clean, but best of all, access to parking lot

parking was good i was able to park close to my room and exit out the balcony doors

chose to stay here because we had our dog travelling with us and they are pet friendly

there was no laundry.

wished there were laundry services on site and there seemed to be a level of dampness and smell on the first

front staff was very friendly, parking was free, everything was clean and the location was excellent

the pool is very small and the chemicals were strong. there is a sign for the spa and a

this wasn't the hotel's fault, except it had happened before we arrived, and they saw we had kids (kids always

i couldnt eat - no accommodation for special diet - no gluten free or even non meat/eggs - no room service -

breakfast every morning. i'm ok with the environmental savings in terms of laundry service.

laundry machine sounds like an airplane about to take off. woke me up abruptly

walking down hall , past over loaded with laundry carts noisy air/heat unit

the pet-friendly aspect of the hotel and the pet fee was reasonable

some 'rough' people hanging out in the back parking lot

the shower reminded me of gym shower and there were no body shower soap available

liked parking at the door, and the pool, close to the mandarin breakfast buffet too expensive.

loved having a balcony. the bed was very comfortable. loved that there was a pool and a hot tub

there are also laundry facilities, a swimming pool, and breakfast served daily between 7 and 10 am

great coffee and breakfast loved the pool and hot tub big bed and gracious suite

have liked to know that there was a pool, but perhaps i did not see that in the booking of the hotel

the place appeared to be well maintained. the breakfast was fresh. the location was perfect.

staff gave us a free late check out which was very kind as my husband was ill

- trouble some getting in to parking as so close to busy street on both directions of courner

easy access directory off the 400 with very decent breakfast and a pool!

there should be more handicapped parking spaces.

i like the location close to the beach. my kids enjoy too. we had a good time.

parking lot is small and is a little hard to maneuver in with a big vehicle, especially when there

1st night they put me and my kids at the cottage but i prefer my real room which i booked

hotel has a laundry room where you can use a washingmachine - very nice service

very good guest laundry facilities, lots of parking and a good standard of decor in

is a suite with a kitchen, however there were no plates or glasses or cutlery

we even had ensuite laundry

i also wasn't impressed having to pass the laundry and staff prep areas on the way to/from my room on the ground

wondering if our unit is above a laundry room or furnace room

the outdoor and indoor hottub, the steam room, the gym,dual properties, parking,

wifi was slow in the rooms

i had to insist on a kids menu option while dining at babo; it's available via room service but apparently not

shower right at outdoor swimming pool, we had to go to indoor facilities no safety box in the

many activities for small kids but the pools are fantastic

bathroom seemed like a gym bathroom

are a bit dated as well as some of the hallways and stairwells leading to pool etc
