laundry facility was awesome and breakfast was done covid style which was awesome considering the

parking was easy and the whole area looks nice and clean

low toilets are good for kids, but high rise toilets should be in all rooms for adults

very clean, close to the letchworth state park. safe environment, free parking

i would have liked eggs at breakfast bar and possibly fruit options.

the laundry room was across from us and very noisy during the night

hotel was under construction the pool was closed we asked about swimming n they pointed across parking lot n

like the kids that were running up and down the hallway at all hours of the night

the location was good but the night time clerk was extremely rude and the large group of soccer kids and parents

breakfast and paraking aone would've made me give 5 stars but it was truly a comfort inn with laundry, gym,

but the bathroom was not ( i later found that the front desk staff were cleaning the rooms/ doing laundry as a

bugs from spiders to other crawling bugs the blanket was dirty so i gave it to housekeeping for laundry on my

and guest laundry, which were features i purposely chose this hotel for, we're not operational and this was
