first floor,next to laundry room and cozy

i liked the convenience of the guest laundry at the end of the hall

too close to the front desk heard laundry being done and loud tv all night

the breakfast was perfect. the coffee was good.

having breakfast available. room was warm & comfortable in very cold weather.

we did not eat at the inn. my sister lives close; she had breakfast for us.

bed was comfortable and the pool and hot tub were very nice
