the laundry machine has been broken since we came here, 10 days

my son was very happy he could do his morning exercise and also his laundry

we had hoped to do some laundry after our drive across country

staff was wonderful, the hotel was very clean, and the continental breakfast was amazing, and checkout wasn't

we also paid for a smoking room and breakfast, and we didn't get either of those

i was impressed with the amenities provided, especially the complimentary wi-fi and convenient parking

better place to stay in lima pet friendly nice and clean felt safe with kids enjoyed the stay

parking lot needs to be fixed. huge pot holes.

the room was a smoking room which we did not want, so there were cigarette burns everywhere

wasn t overly friendly chose this hotel because it had laundry facilities was unable to use because both dryers

lack of elevator. guest laundry facilities were not clean

the location, breakfast and value.

the hotel was excellent, breakfast was very good and the staff very good also.

they did allow our service pet even when they did not expect him to be there

wish the parking lot was secure

parking is a little tricky, with a one way street, but free!

late check out is perfect-i work nights and being able to go back and get decent sleep before

was spacious; however, there was definite lack of attention to condition of furnishings, no dirty laundry bag

fitness center was 2 machines in the laundry room. pool was very cold

the staff were very friendly! the breakfast was great and they had a great variety.

the carpeting was stained, and it smelled like a pet had been in the room

we can't rate the swimming pool, because it was closed due to covid-19. it looked niceud83dude0a

nice hot tub and pool area which are kept at great temps

lobby, gym and pool areas were nicely appointed with everything you would want or need

really enjoyed how clean and comfortable it was, the temperature controlled pool room, the hot tub and the heated

you have to sign up to use the pool-so be prepared to plan around that

breakfast was the worst i ve ever seen in a hotel, seriously

their cleaning crew wheeled in a cart full of used laundry and left it in the public area where people were

cleanliness, laundry skills, and mold killing skills

bought laundry soap and did laundry.

non smoking room smelled like cigarette

no smoking in room allowed. had to stand outside on sidewalk.

didn't have laundry room for guests. bar/pizza bar was not open very often.

pool, the rooms, and that there is so much to do for all ages

it has so much for the kids to do and the pool is excellent

the pool and entertainment (pool table/ping pong) on the weekend it got very loud with the kids running around

liked the way the hotel was laid out so everybody could overlook the pool

we loved that the space was perfect for our family with our kids even though space was very business traveler

bar was closed saturday night no explanation

late check out on sunday

only complaint i have is the cost of the pet fee

for my room ivhad to wait 2 days for the refund in the middle of my house renovation so when my 3 kids and i

only one washer and dryer in laundry room, took a lot of quarters

some renovation/maintenance needed for cosmetic reasons. pool was closed for maintenance.

not enough parking. strong paint odor.
