no pool

the carpets felt very dirty and desperately needed replaced. the towels were small and hard.

parking was not convenient for guests with a boat

waffle bar was impressive, i always like the coffee bar and cookies, but my favorite is the bedding

staff, excellent breakfast bar with many different hot and cold items that is cheerfully well maintained,

staff is excellent parking good too.

the breakfast was great and the people were very helpful and the place was clean

pool was closed, but that was for health reasons.

the beds were very comfortable and great selection at breakfast

that have access to the hotel lobby from inside but also has another door with access to the parking lot from

definitely pet friendly for a small extra charge

the lighting in the parking area left a lot to be desired

loved that it had a little laundry area that was a

laundry room out of order no room service had to bring dirty towels to front desk to get more ice

could use bigger laundry facility for guest

charged a pet fee of $12 per pet, per night

mold and a bar of soap was left on the soap shelf in the shower

came out of their laundry room very abruptly without looking and almost ran in to us more than once

staff was friendly & helpful, plus we got what would have been 3 loads of laundry at home done in one load for

location was great, right on the business loop, pool and hot tub with an awesome view, bigger than expected

the staff was very friendly and offered a earlier breakfast for us and also a late check out time

desk space, microwave and mini-fridge helpful, laundry facilities were much appreciated

they had a pet room

not happy at all, especially since i wouldnt have minded only 20 dollars a night and no pet fees as a

room card expired on my checkout day, so had to get it reset after breakfast before i checked

breakfast was marginal but okay.
