guest laundry nice 1 machine 1 dryer on ground floor

didnt work coffee maker didnt work front desk charged me $4 for a tiny box of laundry soap knowing the laundry

did not like the location of my room because it was right beside the swimming pool and could hear other guests

the rooms had no menus to order room service, or booklet about hotel amenities

wifi was hard to connect to. couldn't get our dvd player to connect to wifi to watch netflix.

free laundry was a huge plus for us

clean, quiet, laundry facilities, gym, snack room. friendly staff.

the laundry room was very clean with new machines and very convenient

finally someone was there, but didn t have access to get me the quarters i needed for the laundry

the pool was overcrowded with children.

we loved that the pool was open 24 hours!!!

so good. probably to conserve, no laundry bags or waste can liners. needed both. o issue.

the laundry room offered 3 sets of washer/dryer and the room was air conditioned

i also don t know if the room was by their laundry room but there was a constant thudding my entire stay and

was right by laundry room doors were open all the time noise was bad could have shut doors beds were great check

bath door needs to be oiled or a bar of soap rubbed in the joints of the hinges

of the reasons i booked this room was for the outdoor pool and it was closed the whole time and the indoor
