laundry was dirty, machines had not been cleaned ever, minimal breakfast offerings

t work half the lights didn t work, faulty outlets, cigarette burns in linens, so much for no smoking rooms

days of my stay and even when i checked out it s still remain on the balcony and the swimming pool was open

did not honor the booking arrangement and was rude and unkempt tried to charge 25 dollars for laundry and 30

morning i saw that the property was largely under construction/renovations and thats fine but the parking lot

no trucking parking, had to park a couple buildings down

tv had lines in the picture,no wifi passcode was provided,they didnt charge me the price that was listed when

security lock, so the door, which opened out to the parking lot, was only secure by the lock that could be opened

5 from the gym which was great

having the pool was nice this time because we had grandkids with us

they had a great breakfast!! it was clean.

eggs were watery. coffee kept running out. pool was inside.

the lack of washer and dryer to do laundry

the pool, the breakfast, the room and the staff were all very good

location, the restaurant adjoining the hotel, and the parking lot

was a great property only draw back was the hair dryer bag had a kids dirty underwear stuffed in it

know one new how to fix it, so moved us up stairs to non smoking, that stunk to high heaven

the breakfast was wonderful. great food and drinks

wifi didn't work in my room but worked well near the office. other than that i had no problems.

they allowed an early check in which really helped after driving all night.
