stayed in room 213 which was above a mechanical room or laundry room

the location was perfect and the place was very clean. we loved the breakfast and the pool.

wifi for 1 1/2 days as staff acted like it wasn't a big deal

front desk staff and morning breakfast staff are outstanding. very kind and nicely lovely folks.

to visit some of the finger lakes, hotel is clean , room was very nice, comfortable and it is pet friendly which

would have been really nice to see something hot for breakfast but what they serve is sufficient

desk would not give us same discount as on line so had to book on my phone in the parking lot.

there were only 3 cars in parking lot and 4 or 5 men were hanging outside the corner of the hotel

participated in local half marathon and hotel staff allowed a late check out free of charge.

someone burnt a bagel which resulted in the fire alarm going off and waking my kids up

in the rooms were very high causing an echo, gym didn't open until 7am and pool could only accommodate 10 people

everything was simply amazing the small spa the coffee

beautiful rooms, bar facilities (chris was exceptional bartender), food and room service were all commendable

the beds were super comfortable, the view was breathtaking, and it was nice to swim in the pool and relax in

my wife would go down every night after the kids fall asleep to get a few drinks

our room was positioned on front street beside a 24 hour laundry mat the beds were had & coverlet was stained

i wish the pool had been open a little longer at night, but overall, i had an enjoyable stay and will

parking is right next to the rooms, and a very decent breakfast offered in the morning

breakfast is classic continental (pastries, coffee, juice), so don't plan on eggs, waffles, etc

was a truly memorable stay, thanks to the exceptional service i enjoyed breakfast at the hotel the food was

to cmac, so if you are staying the night to see a show, you can walk and save on the hassle of parking or uber

they could have had more choices for the free breakfast

i grabbed a couple muffins for breakfast, once. a few more options would have been nice.

even on a rainy day, there was a ton of games to play in the library bar and enjoy a delicious cocktail

and drinks, lunch at the sand bar, and dinner at nolan s which is just at the entrance of the parking lot

the hotel was gorgeous and clean. the pool and restaurants were nice but pricey for what it was

had breakfast and dinner at the rose tavern but was not to my satisfaction

the fitness center was a bit small and somewhat limited, especially with only a single bench

when i went down to get breakfast the employees were in the laundry room bitching up a storm about something

laundry bag missing from room but front desk gave us one. very minor issue.
