liked everything about my stay but if i had to find one thing to nitpick it would be the parking lot is a little

the parking lot needs major work. i'm surprised no one has fallen yet.

would have been nice to have a laundry room in the property

also wished there was a jacuzzi and onsite coin laundry

we were offered the kitchen lounge where all the family could eat and share

everything was great. staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

was not working should have got noticed specially since had kids with us

complimentary housekeeping only after 4 nights, no laundry or dry cleaning too expensive (223 per

one more thing, how can hotel front desk people do not know where the hotel laundry room is

hotel has laundry facility in their 3rd floor

parking structure was inconvenient but thankfully we could walk to many places.

we loved the room but we had ants. and very disappointed that there was no pool!
