there's no access to the laundry facility

the laundry wasn't working

begin across from the laundry room. heard staff talking and music playing.

rooms smelled like laundry left in a washing machine

staff forgot they are in the hospitality business. didn't get offered wifi

all the kids loved the pool and hot tub

were not able to use the pool or hottub because of unsupervised kids overwhelming the area.

it was during the day and i was without wifi at home and was trying to work
