room was located close to the laundry facilities of the hotel

didn't like that the laundry facilities were used until late and that the morning vacuums ran early but work

were on the first floor with the laundry room, storage and cleaning

of indian food, indian people on all 4 corners of front entrance chatting, ice machine broke, laundry machines

i was extremely thankful for the laundry facilities, i was annoyed because it took an extra cycle for my clothes

hotel was sold out, under staffed, elevator broke down and there laundry facility malfunctioned causing rooms

amenities. great pool. laundry room. great location. fridge in room.

gym room is not exactly what you expect

were a real bonus with an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, and gym

there is coffee and tea in the lobby, and parking is free

love when breakfast and free parking makes a difference

we appreciate that they are pet friendly

desk staff was very helpful with dinner suggestions and saved the day with canadian coins for the laundry

gripe i have is that i had specifically asked for a couple of laundry bags and i never received one

the room size is big. convenient laundry room.

limited parking, we had to park at the casino, some distance to the entrance.

is a 5 star hotel to me, very clean ,good sized rooms, breakfast is very good

plus, self-serving laundry facilities not too expensive
