i was disappointed that the kitchen was only a cooktop and no oven

cleaner didn t replenish my coffee packs or clean the kitchen area

i booked a handicap accommodating room i didn't receive that i was put on second floor i booked a kitchen room

we had a kitchenette, but no pots, pans or silverware

we enjoyed the pool, dining area, laundry, exercise room, and the complementary coffee, fruit, water, and tea

so they did helped me call booking and trying to give me a hotel that has a pool for the kids

from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast worker all were very nice

we stayed in march so the outdoor pool was not open, but looks amazing as does seating area with fire pit
